Antibiotics governance in aquaculture: knowledge, practices, and challenges among stakeholders on the Volta Lake in Ghana

Government officials aim to educate farmers on antibiotic use through quarterly inspections, but there is insufficient coordination. The study recommends regular joint training programs, monitoring drug sellers and users, and effective communication among all stakeholders to reduce antibiotic use, misuse, and abuse in aquaculture.
